Columbia Photography was founded in 1993 by myself, John Haworth. I was born in Liverpool in 1967, and have been a full time professional photographer since gaining my Diploma in Photography in 1986.
I spent the first seven years of my career traveling the globe
as ships photographer aboard various cruise ships, including the
Sea Princess, the Canberra, and a short
stint on TV's Loveboat. It was a very
rewarding time, and I feel visiting different
cultures and countries taught me a lot, and
certainly helped develop my awareness
and my style of photography. 
Since opening the studio in '93, I have had many satisfied customers
through the doors, and have enjoyed every aspect of running and developing
this successful business.
Customer satisfaction has always been the number one
goal,
and I like to think that so far I have met this target.
